## Error message: “Wrong Username” Why doesn’t the EA open? The dashboard does not open?

In the first line of the Expert Advisor settings, please enter your user **user name or e-mail address** from your account with us “goldforextrader.com/en”.

The EA should then look something like this: (Deviations are possible – depending on the EA used and the version).
